Long-Term Care

Pursuant to the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Section 5505.33, benefit recipients may participate in a long-term care insurance plan. This plan is designed to cover the costs of custodial care in the event that it is needed. The premium rate is based on your age at the time you enroll.
